PRINCIPAL BIO

Todd Firebaugh, has a proven track record in planning and executing transformative initiatives.

Within a 25+ year career in financial services, Todd quarterbacked strategic initiatives on the executive teams at Piper Jaffray and U.S. Bank. At Piper Jaffray, as chief administrative officer, he led corporate strategy, marketing, human resources, technology and operations, before becoming the co-head of public finance and fixed income. At U.S. Bank, he headed up investment, insurance and small business products before becoming head of the corporate management office where he led planning, customer analytics, and communications functions.  

Since 2012 he has provided consulting services to help diverse business and family clients gain clarity and move into aligned action.

Todd received his bachelor’s degree with distinction from Cornell University and his master’s in business administration from New York University. He is a past board member of The Twin Cities United Way, The Science Museum of Minnesota, College Possible, Ehlers, Inc. and Solutran, Inc. Todd lives in Corona Del Mar, CA.
